A utility worker in Des Moines is safe after a utility issue Wednesday.

Des Moines police said a MetroNet worker's ladder slipped and came to rest on some charged lines.

A photo shared by the police department on the platform X, formerly known as Twitter, shows the worker holding onto the pole so that he would not fall on the powerlines.

Firefighters got him down safely and no one was hurt.
